🔁 Refund & Return Policy

  • Returns accepted within 5 days of delivery.

  • Only for damaged, defective, or wrong products. or if you don't like the product and want to return it 

  • Customer must contact via WhatsApp/email with photo proof.

  • Return shipping covered if it’s our fault. 

  • if the product is not the same you have ordered  so you can easily exchange your current product with a brand new product which you have returned  you simply have to call or message on the number which is printed at the package or call on number + 91 9904430367

 

 

🚚 Shipping Policy

  • Orders are processed in 1–2 working days.

  • Delivery in 4–9 working days.

  • Tracking info is sent via WhatsApp/SMS.

  • We use reliable partners like Delhivery, BlueDart, etc.  

  • sometimes delivery may be delayed due to your location is far from our pick up location or may be delivery takes more time to deliver your products due to large distance 

 

 

💵 Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

  • All COD orders must be confirmed by call or WhatsApp.

  • Unconfirmed orders will be canceled.

  • Refusing COD orders may lead to blacklisting.

  • Prepaid customers get ₹50 OFF + priority shipping.

  • We collect name, phone, email, address for order fulfillment.

  • WhatsApp/SMS is used for order confirmation and updates.

  • Your data is never shared or sold to third parties.  

 

 

📜 Terms & Conditions

  • We reserve the right to cancel suspicious or fake orders.

  • Repeated fake COD orders may result in permanent ban.
